Ir. Kresna Priawan Djokosoetono, MBM

President Director

Kresna Priawan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Indonesia in 1990 and a Master of Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines in 1996. He began his career as General Manager at PT Iron Bird (1996-2000) and later served as Vice President of Auditing at Blue Bird Group (2000-2012). He also served as the Vice Chairman of Special Harbor Freight at Organda DKI Jakarta from 1998 to 2003.

He is currently serving several key leadership positions, including Chief Commissioner of PT Pusaka Satria Utama (since 2000), PT Central Naga Europindo (since 2001), PT Golden Bird Bali (since 2002), PT Morante Jaya (since 2003), PT Cendrawasih Pertiwijaya (since 2008), and PT Irdawan Multitrans (since 2011). Simultaneously, he also holds other positions as the President Director of PT Pusaka Prima Transport (since 2001), Director of PT Iron Bird (since 2002), Director of PT Angkutan Kontenindo Antarmoda (since 2004), Director of PT Lombok Taksi Utama (since 2008) and a member of ASPERKINDO’s Board of Trustees.

dr. Sri Adriyani Lestari

Director

A graduate of the renowned University of Indonesia’s Medical School in 1999, dr. Sri Adriyani Lestari joined Bluebrd Group in 2001 as Assistant Director. She has held various roles, including General Manager of Pool Garuda (2001-2004) and Vice President of Regulatory Affairs (2006-2013). She is currently a board member of several subsidiaries, including PT Pusaka Satria Utama and PT Big Bird Pusaka (since 2000), PT Morante Jaya and PT Silver Bird (since 2003), PT Pusaka Bumi Mutiara (since 2010), PT Irdawan Multitrans (since 2011), PT Cendrawasih Pertiwijaya (since 2012), and PT Pusaka Nuri Utama and PT Lintas Buana Taksi (since 2013). 

She has also been a member of the Board of Directors at PT Central Naga Europindo, PT Pusaka Thrifty, and PT Pusaka Prima Transport since 2001, PT Prima Sarijati Agung (since 2002), PT Blue Bird Pusaka (since 2012), and PT Golden Bird Metro and PT Blue Bird Taxi (since 2013).

Ir. Adrianto (Andre) Djokosoetono, MBA

Director

Andre Djokosoetono holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung (2000), an MBA from Bentley University (2003), and completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School. He began his career with the company as a Team Project SAP from 2003 to 2005 and later served as IT Manager from 2005 to 2006. From 2007 to 2013, he was the Chairman of Unit Taksi Organda DKI Jakarta. Currently, he serves as the President Director of PT Iron Bird Transport (since 2003), PT Irdawan Multitrans (since 2011), PT Big Bird Pusaka, PT Cendrawasih Pertiwijaya, and PT Pusaka Andalan Perkasa (since 2012), as well as PT Morante Jaya (since 2013). Additionally, he is the Director of PT Pusaka Prima Transport (since 2009), PT Pusaka Integrasi Mandiri (since 2008), PT Global Pusaka Solutions (since 2009), PT Luhur Satria Kencana (since 2012), and PT Lintas Buana Taksi (since 2013). He has also been a Commissioner at PT Central Naga Europindo (since 2001), PT Pusaka Bumi Mutiara (since 2010), and PT Golden Bird Bali (since 2012). DR (HC) Noni Sri Ayati Purnomo, B,Eng, MBA

President Commissioner

Noni Purnomo holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial) degree from the University of Newcastle, Australia, a Master of Business Administration (Finance & Marketing) from the University of San Francisco, USA, and, most recently, an Honorary Doctorate (Honoris Causa) from the University of Newcastle, Australia. She is known for her commitment to excellence and innovation in the transportation sector. Additionally, she has focused on sustainability initiatives, promoting the use of environmentally friendly vehicles and striving to reduce the company’s carbon footprint sustainably.

Beyond her professional achievements, Noni Purnomo is actively involved in philanthropic efforts and various social movements. She is a strong supporter of women's empowerment and has played an important role in promoting gender equality in the transportation industry. Noni has been recognized for her outstanding contributions, receiving several awards for her business acumen and dedication to corporate social responsibility.

Noni Purnomo is also the founder of Bluebird Peduli (1998) and Kartini Bluebird (2014). She was appointed Chair of the Bilateral Committee for Norway and Iceland at KADIN and received the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEP) Award from the United Nations for the Asia-Pacific region in 2020. In addition, she was elected Chair of the University of Indonesia’s Board of Trustees for the 2023-2024 term and is a Member of the Temasek Southeast Asia Advisory Panel (TSEAP).

Ir. Sigit Priawan Djokosoetono, MBA

Commissioner

Sigit Priawan Djokosoetono brings his extensive experience and strategic vision to the company. He previously served as President Director of PT Blue Bird Tbk from 2021 to 2023, demonstrating strong leadership. Sigit holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trisakti University (1993) and a Master of Business Administration from the Simon School of Business, University of Rochester, New York (1997). Throughout his career at Blue Bird, he has held key positions, including Senior Operations Manager and Vice President of Central Operations.

In addition to his role in the company, Sigit serves as President Commissioner of PT Pusaka Andalan Perkasa and Hermis Consulting. He is also a Commissioner and President Director in various subsidiaries affiliated with the Blue Bird Group, including Commissioner of PT Pusaka Prima Transport (since 2001), PT Prima Sarijati Agung (since 2002), PT Silver Bird (since 2003), PT Pusaka Buana Utama (since 2010), PT Pusaka Niaga Indonesia (since 2010), and PT Pusaka Bumi Transport (since 2012). Bayu Priawan Djokosoetono earned his degree in Economics Management from Pancasila University in 2002 and a Master of Business Management from Monash University in Australia in 2005. He joined the company in 2005 as a Management Trainee in the Financial Administration Department and progressed to become Manager of Financial Administration from 2005 to 2006, Operational Manager of Pool Perigi from 2006 to 2007, and General Manager of Pool Halim from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to being the Chief Commissioner of PT Pusaka Citra Djokosoetono (since 2013), he is also a Commissioner at PT Blue Bird Pusaka and PT Luhur Satria Sejati Kencana (since 2012), PT Pusaka Thrifty (since 2001), PT Pusaka Integrasi Mandiri (since 2008), PT Global Pusaka Solutions (since 2009), PT Lintas Buana Taksi, PT Golden Bird Metro, and PT Morante Jaya (since 2012). Purnomo Prawiro, one of the co-founders of Bluebird, transitioned to the role of Advisor to the Board of PT Blue Bird Tbk in 2019, after serving as President Director for 25 years. With his vast experience and deep understanding of the industry, Purnomo continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and upholding its core values as a pioneer in the Indonesian taxi industry. His dedication and relentless commitment to these values have been integral to Bluebird's success, transforming it into one of the most reputable land transportation providers in the country.

Since the company’s inception in 1972, Purnomo Prawiro, alongside his mother and brother, embarked on a mission to revolutionize the taxi industry in Indonesia. His strong belief in delivering exceptional service, reliability, and safety became the foundation of Bluebird's operations, setting the stage for its future achievements. Purnomo’s focus on integrity and hard work continues to guide the company's employees, ensuring that these core values remain deeply embedded in Bluebird’s operations.

Noni Purnomo serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Bluebird. Her journey began more than 26 years ago when she joined the company, eventually becoming President Director (2019-2021), then President Commissioner (2021-2023), and is currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors of PT Blue Bird Tbk and President Commissioner of Bluebird Group Holding. This progression reflects her outstanding leadership, perseverance, and dedication to driving positive change in the transportation industry.

Ir. Adrianto Djokosoetono, MBA

President Director

Andre Djokosoetono serves as the President Director of the company and is recognized for his strong leadership, particularly in transformation, innovation, and commerce. He was appointed President Director of PT Blue Bird Tbk at the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, after previously holding the position of Vice President Director from 2021 to 2023. His career with PT Blue Bird Tbk began 23 years ago as a Management Trainee. Andre Djokosoetono holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung (2000), an MBA from Bentley University (2003), and completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Since 2015, Andre has also served as the Chairman of the Central Board of the Land Transportation Organization (ORGANDA) and the Chairman of the Land Transportation Permanent Committee at the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (KADIN). In 2018, he was appointed Chairman of the Land and Rail Committee at the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO), and in 2019, he became Vice Chairman of the Land Transportation Department at the National Logistics and Forwarders Association of Indonesia (ALFI/ILFA). Furthermore, he holds positions on the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners in several subsidiaries and companies affiliated with PT Blue Bird Tbk.

Director

Irawaty Salim S.E, achieved her bachelor's degree in accounting from Trisakti University in 1995 and her study from 2009 to 2010. Irawaty began her career in 1995 at Akuntan Publik Purwanto office, Suherman & Surja which were the members of Ernst & Young from 1995 to 2012.

Joining PT Blue Bird Tbk. in 2013, Irawaty Salim got her position as an Accounting General Manager from 2013 to 2018. Then, in 2018, following her expertise in Accounting, Irawaty Salim was being entrusted with the position of Vice President of Accounting and Corporate Banking PT Blue Bird Tbk. Based on the decision of the extraordinary general meeting with PT Blue Bird Tbk. shareholders, Irawaty Salim was appointed to be in charge as an Independent Director of Partnership in 2022 up to the recent update.

Gunawan Surjo Wibowo graduated from Tarumanagara University in 1986 with a degree in Economics Management, he held various positions, including Vice Treasurer of DPP Organda DKI Jakarta (1990-1995), Director of PT Silverinda Nusabird (1993-2003), Treasurer of DPP Organda DKI Jakarta (1995-1998), Director of PT Morante Jaya (1995-2003), and Senior Advisor to the company (2001-2003).

Irjen Pol. (Purn.) Drs. Budi Setiyadi, SH, M.Si

Independent Commissioner

Drs. Budi Setiyatdi graduated from the Police Academy in 1985, Perguruan Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian (PTIK) in 1993, Police Staff and Leadership School in 2000, SESPATI in 2008, and Lemhannas in 2012. He holds a bachelor's degree (1991) and a Master's degree (1993). During his distinguished career, he served in various positions, including Dirlantas Polda Maluku, Dirlantas Polda Riau, Dirlantas Polda South Sulawesi, Head of Renmin Korlantas Polri, Head of the General Bureau of Lemhannas, Expert Reviewer for Science and Technology of Lemhannas, and, lastly, Director General of Land Transportation at the Ministry of Transportation (since 2017).

Rinaldi Firmansyah, MBA

Rinaldi Firmansyah graduated from the Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1985 with a degree in Electrical Engineering and earned a Master of Business Management from IPMI, Jakarta, in 1988. He became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in AIMR, Charlottesville in 1998. He began his career as a Product Manager at Citibank from 1988 to 1991, then served as Vice President of PT Tirtamas Comexindo from 1991 to 1997. He joined PT Bahana Securities from 1997 to 2003 and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk from 2004 to 2012, where his last position was President Director. Additionally, he was Commissioner and Chairman of the Auditing Committee at PT Semen Padang from 2003 to 2004.

Komjen Pol. (Purn.) Drs. Setyo Wasisto, SH

Independent Commissioner

Drs. Setyo Wasisto graduated from the Indonesian Police Academy in 1984, Drs. Setyo Wasisto holds a Bachelor's degree in Police Science from Perguruan Tinggi Ilmu Kepolisian (PTIK), Jakarta (1988), a Bachelor's degree in Law from UKI Tomohon, North Sulawesi (1995), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Criminal Justice & Police Management from Leicester University, United Kingdom (1999). He also graduated from the Police Staff and Leadership School in 1998 and Lemhannas RI in 2010. Prior to joining Bluebird, he held various senior positions, including Senior Officer, Human Resources Staff of the Indonesian National Police (assigned to LEMHANNAS RI) in 2015, Head of the Legal Division of the Indonesian National Police (2016), Deputy Head of the Intelligence and Security Agency of the Indonesian National Police (2016), Head of the Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police (2017), and Inspector General at the Ministry of Industry (2018-2019).

Alamanda Shantika, S. Kom, S. Si

Independent Commissioner

Alamanda Shantika holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science from Bina Nusantara University. She is the founder and CEO of Binar Academy, a non-formal institution focused on developing competent digital talent. Since 2019, she has served as an Independent Commissioner of PT Mandiri Capital Indonesia. She is also a member of the Human Resources and Digital Economy Study Team of the Presidential Advisory Council. Previously, she held key roles at Gojek (now GoTo), including Vice President of People and Culture, Vice President of Product, and Tech Product Consultant. Before joining Gojek, she was the Head of Product Development Engineering at Kartuku.

Alamanda has received numerous awards, including Inspiring Woman of the Year 2018 at the Elle Style Awards, Woman of the Year 2017 from Her World Magazine, 4.0 under 40 from Marketeers Magazine, and Women in Tech 2017 at the Habibie Festival.
